Sermon

What does a healthy, faithful church look like while waiting on God to move?
In Acts 1:12–14, we find the early church in a critical moment: waiting for the promised Holy Spirit. But they are not idle. They are united. They are devoted. And they are praying.
In this message, Elder Steve Marsh walks us through the posture of a church that is ready to be used by God: a people marked by obedience, unity, and persistent prayer. Before the power of Acts 2 comes the prayer of Acts 1. This passage challenges us to examine our own lives and our own church:
-- Are we unified?
-- Are we devoted to prayer?
-- Are we preparing our hearts for what God desires to do?
